We were going to buy a Meerkat from the kids but by the time we got back out to the road it was looking very mean. The drive to Windhoek was unexciting and we arrived well after dark. Found a nice hostel and got recommendations for a local restaurant. Diner was very good, but unfortunately the Kudu ribs were all gone (had to have a giant steak instead).
