Journal Entry:

Pretty boring day. Went down to the internet cafe - just browsing, no email or goal. Late afternoon I went back to the pool to try and swim again. This time I was well on my way to finishing the workout I'd started when I got thrown out of the pool by... the University of Cape Town Underwater Hockey Team! I tried to watch them play but it's incredibly chaotic and very difficult to follow from the surface. Had a very low key night hanging out at the hostel where all the residents got together for a Braai.
