Took the Manchester Metrolink to the hostel. Started talking to a woman about rowing in Wales (she had a rowing sweatshirt on). She gave me directions to bar she was going to be at later, and I headed for dinner. Had a nice dinner at a local pub, and asked directions on how to get to this other bar, she looked at me funny and convinced me to take a taxi. I told the taxi where I wanted to go and he looked at me funny too. Shortly after I got to the bar I realized that everyone there was a couple and they were all same sex. Imet Mandy and we hung ou there until closing time. Then it was a long walk home and time for bed.
